Nonlinear transfer activation functions of a composite cell and conditions of their formation in spin-reorientation processes in the magnet sub-system were determined. As applied to the transformation of random pulsed signals, threshold modes of generation of inverse polarity spikes were demonstrated as well as phenomena of potential accumulation followed by an abrupt change of the system’s state of the Integrate-and-Fire type. Magnitude of signals at input and output of the nanoscale cell values few millivolts. The activation function type and the threshold values of input signals are controlled by magnetizing field, which permits to expand the functional capabilities of components for analog neuromorphic systems.</p>
Вид функций активации и пороговые значения входных сигналов управляются намагничивающим полем, что позволяет расширить функциональные возможности компонентов аналоговых нейроморфных систем.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>piezoelectric-magnet nanostructure</kwd><kwd>spin reorientation</kwd><kwd>activation functions</kwd><kwd>pulsed sequences</kwd><kwd>stochasticity</kwd><kwd>threshold regimes</kwd><kwd>spikes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>наноструктура пьезоэлектрик-магнетик</kwd><kwd>спиновая переориентация</kwd><kwd>функции активации</kwd><kwd>импульсные последовательности</kwd><kwd>стохастичность</kwd><kwd>пороговые режимы</kwd><kwd>spike-импульсы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при финансовой поддержке гранта Правительства РФ № 2579–30019.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Uhrig R.E.
