The authors conducted a review of scientific studies on the capabilities and applications of ¹H MRS in diagnosing liver lesions using electronic databases PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar with the following keywords: "Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy", "¹H MRS", "liver lesion", "MRI", "Choline/Lipid", and "MRS metabolites". The search included studies published from the establishment of each respective database until December 2024. The results of numerous studies have shown that MRS provides valuable data on the metabolic composition of liver tumors, including the detection of specific changes in the choline-to-lipid ratio. This enables accurate differentiation of tumor types and assessment of their malignancy. Thus, MRS is a reliable tool for diagnosing liver tumors, improving treatment outcomes, and enhancing early-stage diagnostics. Further research in this field may significantly deepen the understanding of metabolic changes, providing additional insights in challenging clinical cases.</p>
Дальнейшие исследования в этой области могут существенно углубить понимание метаболических изменений в печени, предоставляя дополнительную информацию в спорных клинических случаях.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p/></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy</kwd><kwd>Liver tumor</kwd><kwd>Metabolism, Cho/Lip</kwd><kwd>Diagnostic Imaging</kwd><kwd>Hepatocellular carcinoma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Магнитно-резонансная спектроскопия</kwd><kwd>Образования печени</kwd><kwd>Метаболизм</kwd><kwd>Cho/Lip</kwd><kwd>Диагностическая визуализация</kwd><kwd>Гепатоцеллюлярная карцинома</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
