Аннотация
The article is devoted to the current problem of studying the needs of disabled children with congenital heart defects in medical and social rehabilitation measures using the ICF tools. The aim of the study was to study the needs of disabled children in medical and social rehabilitation measures using the tools of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF). To achieve this goal, we studied the acts and protocols of examination of children in institutions of medical and social expertise of the ITU, analyzed individual programs of rehabilitation and habilitation of disabled children, developed a questionnaire to study the needs using the ICF tools. In the course of the study, the main needs of disabled children in medical and social rehabilitation measures were determined and concomitant disorders were identified, and, accordingly, additional needs of disabled children in rehabilitation measures were revealed. The study of the needs of disabled children with congenital heart disease in medical and social rehabilitation measures using the ICF tools made it possible to determine the main directions of rehabilitation work of specialists.
