Determination of the reliability coefficient by responsibility for the purpose of the architectural monuments structures calculating
摘要
Architectural monuments are buildings and structures built mainly a hundred or more years ago, when there were no modern norms for new construction objects. The non-compliance of cultural heritage objects with modern norms in many cases proves to be an obstacle to simultaneously preserving its structures authenticity and ensuring mechanical safety, provoking excessive modern intrusion into the structure historical substance. It is noted that monuments can be classified as a separate type of structures based on a number of characteristics, including structural similarity, the presence of accumulated sediments exceeding the limits regulated by modern norms, the operation duration exceeding the service life according to modern norms, construction in a “pre-regulatory” era based on experience passed down from generation to generation. For such a specific type of structure modern norms allow additional requirements to be considered for the purpose of normative and calculated load values, as well as reliability coefficients. Particular attention is paid to determining the reliability coefficient by responsibility, which is related to ensuring the structures mechanical safety depending on the number of visitors in them. It is shown that ensuring acceptable social risk (which is equivalent to ensuring the required reliability) can be achieved not only by strengthening structural elements but also by limiting the number of visitors to individual premises, which is reflected in the value of the reliability coefficient by responsibility. The dependence allowing to determine the value of this coefficient is proposed. This approach makes it possible to preserve the authenticity of the protected structural elements without compromising the architectural monument reliability.

BIM technologies in the information model development of an architectural object for reconstruction
摘要
The cities cultural heritage and historical appearance preservation requires the lost or in disrepair architectural monuments restoration. BIM modeling technologies, that allow to create an architectural object detailed digital model, thereby enhancing the structures reconstruction process is one of the most effective tools for solving such problems. Thus, this article, using the example of creating the information model of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church dome in Budimirovo village (Kalyazinsky district, Tver region), demonstrates how the use of foreign and domestic software systems such as Autodesk Revit and Renga optimizes the historical sites reconstruction. Autodesk Revit implements two approaches – with modeling tools for the basic BIM software and its integrated visual programming tool, Dynamo Studio. To objectively assess the effectiveness of the software solutions, a comparative analysis was conducted based on criteria of usability and the final product quality. The research results allow us to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of using software packages and select the most practical tool for solving the tasks of reconstructing architectural monuments with a dome structure.

Automation of documentation compilation at the stages of design and construction
摘要
Maintaining documentation for a capital construction project in a traditional paper format is labor-intensive in terms of time and human resources. Reducing these types of costs significantly decreases labor expenditures on design and construction. The problem of low levels of document flow automation in construction companies is relevant and promising today. It is advisable to consider the prospects for developing tools for the digitalization of construction documentation systems. This work examines the features of automated document flow in construction, an industry where dynamic project management requires prompt interaction between clients, contractors, and government bodies. The subject of research includes the development of a software solution aimed at streamlining the key processes of the client service through automation. As a result, an analysis of the outcomes of documentation compilation automation for the project based on the developed software complex will be presented. The goal of this work is to develop an algorithm for automating documentation compilation at the stages of design and construction. To achieve this goal, several tasks need to be completed: analyze the processes of managing documentation for capital construction projects, identify ways to automate routine documentation compilation processes, develop an automation algorithm, implement its software realization, and analyze the effectiveness of the solution while formulating conclusions.

The first Kuzbass sound cinema: a modernist era object preservation history
摘要
The relevance of the modernism era cultural heritage objects preservation for the traditions continuity and generations communication , especially in the time of mass communications digitalization. The example of the first Kuzbass sound cinema shows the history of its formation, change and evolution, which is inextricably linked with the history of Soviet and post-Soviet Russia in peacetime, wartime and global upheavals. Based on the results of the historical data analysis, six stages of the cinema development were identified: formation; pre-war and war years; postwar architectural modernism; socialistic development; perestroika of the 1990s; modern cinema restoration. The functional transformations of the modernism era object at the present reconstruction stage from the cinema to the puppet theater, related to the functionality expansion, are given. Restored fragments of the unique stained-glass cinema windows, which are a piece of decorative art, are considered. The urban value of the cinema “Kommunar,” which has retained its significance in the historical center of the city of Novokuznetsk as the modernism era cultural heritage object, is indicated.

Genesis of adaptive residential structures under conditions of permafrost thaw
摘要
The article is devoted to the features of the evolutionary formation of adaptive residential structures located in the permafrost zone. Due to contemporary technological and social changes, the latest stage of adaptive structures in an extreme northern climate is designated. Current global risks include processes associated with the degradation of the permafrost landscape, affecting the regional housing stock. The purpose of this study is to identify the main stages of the typology of adaptive residential structures in the context of permafrost thawing. Using historical and genetic analysis within a system approach, the following stages of evolutionary development were established: archaic, pre-industrial, industrial, eco-sustainable, and meta-prognostic. Since the 1960s, the typology’s genesis has been characterized by bifurcation, with active formation in material developments and predictive searches. The current stage combines eco-sustainable approaches to creating a living environment in extreme conditions and synergy with virtual environments.

Methods of urban heritage regeneration by means of integrated landscaping. Part 1. Basic concepts of legislation and regulatory documents
摘要
The issues of ensuring the preservation of the historical cities urban heritage by means of integrated improvement with the networks and grids reconstruction, including architectural planning, engineering, landscape, geoecological, restoration and other preservation ensuring methods of the cities historical heritage are considered on an interdisciplinary basis. The performed initiative study corresponds to the current and planned national projects goals and state programs in the field of urban planning, cultural heritage preservation and engineering communications modernization in 2025–2027, as well as the President of the Russian Federation.V.V. Putin instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, following the results of the Address to the Federal Assembly for 2024 to strengthen attention to the cultural heritage preservation and to develop a mechanism of investors involved in cultural heritage site preservation support. The article considers the experience and modern tasks of ensuring the Moscow’s natural and historical heritage preservation by urban planning means, including issues of planning regulation of the territories usage, improvement, landscaping, and network reconstruction. In the first part of the article, based on the author’s experience, an interpretation of two important normative concepts is proposed – “natural and historical heritage zones” and “disturbed historical environment”, their meaning is revealed and their implementation in modern urban planning practice of a natural and ecological framework forming with Moscow natural and historical parks inclusion are shown. The problems of improving the methodology of specially protected natural areas system transformations into specially protected green areas are shown. Based on the results of the field surveys, an assessment of the quarters inside the Garden Ring “historical environment disturbance” is given.
