Abstract

The consequences of the new coronavirus infection are a problem both from a scientific point of view and for the implementation of practical measures to protect public health. The developing pathology in patients with COVID-19 was superimposed on circulatory disorders in patients with diseases of the circulatory system that occurred in the pre-pandemic period. The article is devoted to the analysis of indicators of repeated disability of the adult population of the metropolis due to diseases of the circulatory system in the pre-pandemic, peri- and post-COVID periods. The structure of repeated disability by nosological forms, age characteristics and the results of ranking by the severity of persistent health impairment are presented.
